1. Cancellation Conditions
· The customer may request to cancel an order within a maximum of 72 hours from the completion of the purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
· If the order has already been shipped or the 72-hour period has expired, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer may exercise the right of return according to the established procedures.
Orders containing items custom-made to the customer's specific request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Cancellation Request Procedure
To request an order cancellation, the customer must follow the following procedure:
The customer must send a written communication via e-mail to customer service within the permitted timeframe, indicating the order number and the cancellation request.
Customer service will verify the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
The customer will subsequently receive an official cancellation confirmation or, if the order has already been shipped, instructions for proceeding with the return.
3. Refund Management
In case of an approved cancellation before shipping, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
